A graduate of Stanford University and the University of Pennsylvania, Jeff is bilingual in Japanese and has lived and worked most of his adult life as a management consultant designing and leading real estate-driven corporate turnaround projects. He has over 15 years of experience designing and/or managing many successful projects in multiple industries and has focused his skills to better suit his passion for travel and resort real estate.

A graduate of the University of Manchester in Business Administration, Ross has worked in financial analysis, marketing, as well as construction project management in several international markets including Dubai, Hong Kong, and Japan. He brings a creative energy, a fresh new perspective, and brilliant insights into driving Ukiyo's operations efficiently and effectively. Ross is bilingual in Japanese and English.
